FAQs

  • The program is delivered via a combination of in-person and virtual sessions.

  • You’ll receive an MFR ball as part of the program. Additionally, you will need a block, light dumbbells, a medicine ball and either resistance bands or a cable pulley machine at the gym.

  • Alongside regular sessions together, Ashlie will be available via WhatsApp for support and guidance throughout your program.

  • The program lasts for 3 months. Your full commitment to the program is necessary in order to gain the best results, so please ensure you can commit to this timeframe.
