Guided Fascia
Release Sessions

Guided online sessions to relax, recharge and reconnect with your body

In these one-to-one online sessions, you'll receive my undivided attention and expertise as we embark on a journey to unlock your body's full potential. Forget cookie-cutter approaches – each session is tailored precisely to your needs, addressing your specific areas of tension, discomfort or restricted movement.

I'll guide you through targeted fascia release techniques, empowering you with the tools to release deep-seated tension, improve mobility and enhance your overall well-being.

Before our session, you'll need a few simple tools to aid in the release process. We'll also discuss any necessary preparatory steps to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

Personalised release techniques from head to toe

Over the course of our sessions together, we'll explore:

  • The Breathing Muscles: Optimise your diaphragm function and learn breathing techniques for improved respiratory health and overall vitality.

  • The Superficial Back Line: Release tension and restore balance along your entire posterior chain, from your feet to your head.

  • The Superficial Front Line: Enhance core strength, posture and flexibility by addressing restrictions in the front of your body.

  • The Lateral Line: Improve stability, balance and coordination by working on the fascia along your sides.

  • Shoulder & Arm Lines: Relieve shoulder pain, increase range of motion and optimise arm function.

  • The Deep Front Line: Access and release deep-seated tension for improved organ function, posture and emotional well-being.

I’ll encourage you to take before and after images of your posture as we embark on your fascia release experience. The changes in your posture can be profound, so capturing those changes visually can be a powerful motivator and a tangible way to track your progress.

 FAQs

  • This course includes six 1-hour sessions. You should allocate up to an hour per day to work on the specific release techniques practised in our session before moving on to the next fascial line.

    • Pain management

By reducing tension and improving blood flow, fascia release can alleviate pain associated with conditions like chronic back pain.

    • Increased range of motion:

Releasing restrictions in the fascia allows for greater flexibility and mobility in muscles and joints.

    • Improved circulation:

Enhanced blood and oxygen flow promotes tissue healing and overall well-being.

    • Improved lymphatic drainage & detoxification

Since lymphatic vessels are embedded within the fascia, releasing fascial restrictions enhances lymphatic flow, aiding detoxification.

    • Stress reduction:

The deep relaxation achieved through fascia release can lower stress levels and promote a sense of calm.

    • Improved posture:

By addressing fascial imbalances, posture can be improved, leading to reduced pain and better body alignment.

    • Enhanced athletic performance:

Fascia release can help prevent injuries, improve recovery time, and enhance overall athletic performance by optimising muscle function and flexibility.

  • It's recommended that you abstain from exercising and stretching during fascia release therapy. This allows the body time to heal and adapt to the positive changes created in the fascia.
