Free The Feet Starter Pack

MFR Ball

This is the natural cork ball that I use to release my plantar fascia.

Theracane

A must-have in my fascia-care toolbox. This one has an elbow point which is great for getting in between the metatarsals.

Scraper

Don’t forget the top of your feet! This scraper has a small pin-point end to help you get in between the metatarsals.

Toe spacers

Spacers are great for opening up the toes to help you get deeper into the fascia during your release. They also train a more open toe spread.

Barefoot shoes

When I'm not training completely barefoot, I’ll be wearing my beloved Vivos. I have a pair for the gym and running, plus a pair of hiking boots.

Toe socks

If you’re wearing barefoot shoes, then you should definitely be wearing toe socks too, as conventional socks still squish your toes. Toe socks allow your toes to spread out naturally in shoes, but they’re also great for wearing around the house.

Barefoot sandals

I practically live in my LabooLeathers all summer long. They give a true barefoot feel, and they’re handmade from natural leather with a fully flexible sole.
